Westfell Commercial Ltd is led by Neal Wainwright MRICS, with more than 20 years’ experience working across the UK construction and development sector. I help developers, contractors and investors manage the commercial aspects of projects so they can deliver with clarity, confidence and control.

I specialise in providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice across the full project lifecycle, including estimating, procurement strategy, contract negotiation, project delivery and final account resolution. My approach combines strong commercial discipline with practical delivery experience, helping clients protect value, manage risk and keep projects moving forward.

Throughout my career I’ve been involved in the successful delivery of complex, high-value developments, and have worked closely with developers, contractors, investors, international stakeholders, and public sector partners. This experience allows me to bring both strategic insight and hands-on commercial support to every project.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University and have been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2010.
